The Problem

The internet has grown to be a wild place. A giant, unfathomable chasm of darkness, it has no boundaries or rules of quality. In short, anything goes, and people take full advantage of that.

Perhaps one of the worst offenders of the internet has been the internet video. More entertaining than text, the internet video is a place where anyone can turn on their webcam and just go to town, blathering on about anything that comes to mind.
